Since 1994, OPUS Management Consultants has provided strategic consulting, project management, and implementation support to public and private sector clients across Greece.
1994
OPUS Management Consultants was founded with the mission to provide strategic consulting services in the private and public sector and support the development of sustainable solutions.
1998
Completion of our first major consulting projects and establishment of strong partnerships with dynamic companies in the aluminum sector and government agencies, solidifying our credibility in the industry.
2001
Expanding our services by complementing the development of quality management systems and adding technological solutions and digital transformation consulting services, establishing us as a dynamic company in the sector.
2005
Introduction of new project management methodologies and development of specialized evaluation tools, enhancing the effectiveness of our services.
2008
Significant growth of our client network and the beginning of partnerships with major customers and public institutions, strengthening our presence in the Greek market.
2010
Development of specialized services for the energy transition and the introduction of renewable energy sources into the country's energy mix.
2012
Introduction of new services for the design, management and construction supervision of investment projects in the field of renewable energy sources.
2015
Expansion of our activities in digital governance and development of information data security management systems for businesses and public sector organizations.
2017
Expansion of our activities abroad by undertaking projects in the field of management systems in Bulgaria and Cyprus, strengthening our international presence.
2020
Introduction of consulting services for ESG strategy implementation and support for companies and organizations in environmental and social responsibility.
2022
Adaptation to the new challenges of the digital era and the development e-learning tools to support our clients during the pandemic period.
2023
Establishment of a subsidiary OPUS WM in Western Macedonia to support customers in the region's delignitization program (Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP)).
